I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the beautiful mountains. The location was amazing - close to everything yet away from the noise. I loved that I could easily walk to the Happo One lift and explore downtown. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, especially the lockers for all my equipment. And the breakfast spread had something for everyone, with great views to enjoy while eating.
No complaints, everything was just perfect!

This hotel has an excellent location for skiing, as it is just a short walk to the lifts and provides easy access to other slopes. The restaurants of the area are also within reach. The room is clean and comfortable, and breakfast is included. Plus, the hotel boasts an onsen for after a long day on the slopes.
The Wi-Fi signal is lacking throughout the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a well-equipped room, coin laundry facilities, and discount lift tickets. We loved the happy hour with large bottles of beer at a reasonable price, along with fun activities like mochi pounding. The hotel's location was extremely close to the slopes, making it easy for us to enjoy skiing every day.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, close to everything - just a short walk to the Nakiyama ski lift and within easy walking distance to both the Happo One lift and downtown. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities, such as the rooms for all equipment and individual aircon, are a plus. The breakfast offers a variety of options for all tastes, except for the eggs to order, and is included in the price.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel offered an enjoyable stay with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet was tasty and offered both western and Japanese-style choices. the hot spring baths were a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city.
The rooms were on the small side and lacked wall hooks to hang wet clothing for drying. The layout of the hotel was somewhat strange with steep steps and dark areas.
